I am a chef who is passionate about respecting the origins of authentic Italian cuisine. I learned how to cook in one of the best Italian academies, Alma, founded by Gualtiero Marchesi- one of the most renowned Michelin-starred chefs in the world. Going on with my career, I had the chance to refine cooking techniques at Master Chef school in Milan.
In my career, I've collected experiences from working in 5-star hotels in Milan and Bruges.
My culinary expression is based on the search for quality products of guaranteed origin.
In my kitchen, you will find refined recipes with fresh ingredients that respect the authenticity of Italian cuisine.
Although my cuisine is based on the authenticity of Italian dishes, most of my products are "chilometro zero" or come from local markets, to ensure the freshness of our ingredients.
All served with excellent wine, always respecting the tradition of the great names and regions that have made Italian wine appreciated all over the world.
